These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sar288 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use sar288. Underage players are strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and the balance forfeited.
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held within them.
All transactions on sar288 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Sports betting bonuses require 15× turnover; casino and slot bonuses require 20× turnover. Full conditions are disclosed before any bonus is accepted.

sar288 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where amendments are material, sar288 will notify registered Players via in-platform messaging or email. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the sar288 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You must notify sar288 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. sar288 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation if unauthorized access is suspected.
sar288 is committed to operating a safe and secure platform and accordingly applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Player accounts. The KYC process may be triggered at any time, including but not limited to: upon your first withdrawal request, when your cumulative withdrawals exceed defined thresholds, or when our security systems flag a potential compliance concern.

Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe — or the submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents — will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of all funds held within it. sar288 reserves the right to report such instances to the relevant authorities.
All deposits and withdrawals on the sar288 Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is applied by sar288; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently of sar288.

Any unauthorized use of sar288's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Indonesian and international law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sar288 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

sar288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, sar288 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance (excluding unsettled bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment account within 5 business days.

Where sar288 determines that an amendment is material — meaning it substantively alters a Player's rights, obligations, or financial exposure — sar288 will provide advance notice of no fewer than 7 (seven) calendar days via in-platform notification or registered email address before the revised terms take effect.
For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographic errors, clarification of existing language without substantive change, or updates to contact details), the revised terms take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction of the Platform's operating entity.
sar288 acknowledges that the majority of its Players are residents of Indonesia and that Indonesian consumer protection expectations inform the spirit of these Terms. While sar288 operates as an internationally licensed platform, it endeavors to resolve all Player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner consistent with international best practices.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact sar288's customer support team to seek resolution through the Platform's internal disputes process. sar288 will acknowledge all formal written dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
